Well offer #1 is off the table!

They accepted another offer! Oh well. I am disappointed but I knew it was an amazing house and that it had multiple offers. Now we wait to hear on offer #2. If that gets nixed(I'm betting it will given the amazing location and the price) Then we are back at square one. Found out this morning our house didn't go into escrow as planned because the buyers agent didn't fax over the signed counter, WTH! He called my listing agents yesterday and said he was doing it...but then didn't. I shouldn't be surprised it seems to be these peoples M.O. Its going to be a long escrow! SIGH
