Offer #3

the lot is as big as offer #1 and the house is bigger(though smaller than offer #2)...It doesn't need any work on the inside(but I *want* to redo the flooring) I love the kitchen. The elementary school is the top in the district. It has a pool, but no spa. It has fruit trees, and grass, and plenty of room for the swing set. Its in a mediocre neighborhood, don't get me wrong...its "nice" but its definitely a more working class area. What??? Who has their nose in the air??? Me???? Nahhhhhhhh...OK maybe just a little. It's actually only 3bedrooms which is why the price is so that we can be REALLY aggressive....it already has six offers. I think we actually have a shot at this one given how much we can offer over the asking price...Our agent feels very confident that we have a real shot at this one(unlike the others) Our offer will be faxed over in the morning...silent prayers please!!!
