UPDATE! We made an offer, we found out its bank owned and already has two offers(that have not yet been accepted) SO We offered alittle over the asking price and are hoping for the best. We wont have extra money for anything but new windows and will have to live with the rest for awhile----but this house is worth that to me so a full price offer is what we submitted! We wont know anything until next WEEK, I am a nervous wreck. Two things are making our offer weak. First, that we need the bank to pay 3% for closing costs. Second, the offer is contingent on the close of escrow on our current home.
