Its nearly 1,000sq ft smaller than our current home but the lot is more than twice as large. It needs EVERYTHING. We would have to gut it and redo all the floors doors windows the kitchen etc. Our lender is working the numbers to come up with a strong offer that will leave us with enough cash that we can do the remodel.
