We accepted an offer today!
Full price offer at that! After only 23days on the market! Not the offer from our neighbor's son either...how exciting! This is unheard of in this market! I guess it was "meant to be" So I am now off searching for a new home... Thanks for all the well wishes and positive thoughts they obviously worked *grin*
