good news and bad news

Let's start with the good shall we? You might remember a year ago we were searching for a new home to buy. Then after the house we were selling fell out of escrow (because the buyers loan didn't fund)we halted our search. We leased out our home and leased a home ourselves in the city we had hoped to buy in. Well now I am here to say that we have failed misserably as renters, this whole experience has just stunk. That's where the good news comes in. We got an email from our lender suggesting we buy another house now while the market is so low...at first we were worried that he wouldn't be able to qualify us(without selling our other home atall but keeping it as a rental), but we found out yesterday that he did! SO we get to go house shopping again! Yay! I can't even tell you what a HUGE relief this is to us! Renting is too stressful!!! Now onto the bad news....so while I should be browsing msl websites and looking at houses I'm stuck in the hospital with a sick kid. I may come to regret being so casual but something deep down is telling me that her very high fevers are caused by the same virus that the rest of the family has and her known ear infection. Such is life with a central line. Fever means you get a 3 night stay at your nearest childrens hospital(one that doesn't yet have wifi which yields raes loaned lap top worthless and limits me to email and blogs from my black berry) So that's my long over due update!
