Emerson is a little girl who like Marissa has Short Bowel Syndrome. She recently had a bowel transplant and has fought for her life through every possible post transplant complication. I have held my breath everyday faithfully checking her mothers journal for an update. Everyday I have been amazed at the strength and fight this gorgeous little girl has in her. Every time they have been just sure she couldn't pull through she has. If anyone has ever had the desire to live its this little girl. As those around her, as her mother who hasn't left her side watches her little girl muster the strength again to smile her state insurance is dropping her. Please don't let them take away this little girls life. Without insurance to pay for it she has no chance of receiving the life saving operation. You think this can't happen? This is the stuff movies are made of right? Its happening RIGHT NOW! Please go visit her mothers journal. Please make a phone call, or 5. Mail a letter or 10. If you belong to a prayer group please pass this information on and ask everyone you know to let these states know who Emerson White is. Help this little girl keep what she has fought so hard for, her LIFE!
