NERVOUS WRECK!

I am. I am. I am. We got a call at about 10pm last night from our lender(who is writing our offers for us)He received a call from an agent representing a home we were VERY interested in. At the point that we found the house in the MLS it had already accepted an offer. Well it fell through so she called us and asked for our offer. We met with our lender this morning and sent over an offer. We offered 20K over the asking price(we know they are expecting multiple offers) the kicker? We've never even been INSIDE the house! All we know is the LOCATION(which is AS GOOD as it gets) and the pictures we've pulled off the MLS. Its 2400sq ft(so only a few rooms smaller than our current house) the lot is 11,000sq ft there are 4bedrooms 3bathrooms a pool spa and gazebo...and did I mention the location? The neighborhood is impeccable. The family room has wood floors and an open beam ceiling, and there is also a very large formal living room and dining room. I have no clue what the kitchen or bathrooms look like--other than the home is VERY clean and in turn key condition. Here is my favorite part of the property so far----THE POOL...ok ok I could give a rip about the pool...look at the SPA now thats what I'm talkin' about *grin* on the other side of the fence is a fairly large grassy area with plenty of room for the new large swing set Ive been promising the girls and a large patio with a beautiful pergola patio cover.... SO now we have two offers submitted. I need a drink.

AS IF that isnt stressful enough. I spoke with our agent(who is selling our home) and asked her what she's heard from the buyers agent(we sent them a counter offer putting a cap of 10K on closing costs--which are estimated at below that) on thursday and havent heard anything back yet. So ofcourse I am completely freaked out. Only my agents arent AT ALL. There are more details about the buyers agent and the buyers themselves that I am choosing to leave out of this story. I contacted MY lender(who weve been working with for more than 8years and I gave him all the details and he isnt worried atall either. He fully expects that we will hear from them Monday or Tuesday and that I should just look forward to one of the two homes Ive made an offer on. BUT IM STILL FREAKED OUT. I wont be able to relax until I know which house we get if either and until my house is actualy IN ESCROW. Them ofcousre once it IS Ill be a wreck until it closes. I just want to go to sleep, someone wake me when its all over? I remember 8years ago when Shana and I bought our first home, it was FUN. Our second home, slightly more stressful but still exciting. This time, its horrible unbearable and Ive never felt this stressed out in my LIFE. So for a down economy impossibly slow market things are moving very fast around here. Our house got a full price offer after 23days and 6showings. Weve been seriously interested in four homes and each of those homes has had MULTIPLE offers. The compitition is HOT in the area we want to buy in and the homes fly off the market. I really think Im going to go get that drink now.....

Today marks 100 days until Kailen is "due" to arrive....based on Rae's history of pprom and Kailens ENORMOUS size we think we will meet him much sooner...but wow only 100 days to go! Grow Rae grow! Remember when you said you couldnt wait to have a huge preggo belly? God Does *grinz* Love you!
