We met up with the Rader clan at the LA Arboretum for their annual egg hunt!We dressed for the weather, well the weather we had here up in the high desert that is *smirk* when we got down there it was so cold and raining *hrmph* but we tried to keep our spirits up and encourage the kids to tough it out! Once they got inside no more mention was made of the weather and we all went on to have an awesome time! Well almost, during the ages 1-4egg hunt we had a large number of parents erm I mean kids participating and in the end Maggie and Olivia only came out with 1 egg apiece and buckets full of tears. Emily having never done this sort of thing was just over the moon that she even GOT an egg, LOL! Mackenzie ran aimlessly happy to be free of the stroller and Bella was passed from hip to hip, that girl is HEAVY! Seriously folks she weighs at 13months what Emily weighed at age 3(granted Emily was/is small but still!) after the egg hunt the kids went on to do some sidewalk chalk, make a pinwheel, and a few other crafts.
Following lunch at ClaimJumpers(in honor of the birthday girl) and a quick trip to the Honey Baked Ham store we finally made it back up the hill and dyed eggs with Nana. 
The kids had a great time, even Mackenzie! Bella was over tired and couldn't for the life of her understand why we were sitting at the table *coloring* food and not eating it, so after a bottle she went to bed. Mackenzie joined her soon after and Emily and Olivia are up *way* past their bedtime. They found The Sound of Music on TV and are loving every minute of it!
Well I am off to bed! We have yet another full day tomorrow with the Raders...easter baskets, more egg hunts and lots and lots of FOOD!

LOL that picture looks like life at my aunts. 10 kids & not 1 of them is looking at the camera. if i find the picture i'm thiking of i'll have to send it to you. that's awesome that emily found an egg for her first time. with all those kids it must've been rough.
what a weekend. lol. that's the only comment i have.
