Well we have an appt tomorrow at 3pm to view Dream Home 2. We are going with letter from lender in hand. What does this mean exactly? I don't know. If we love it as much as we think we love it, we will need to take our home inspector and contractor to the home with us before we make a bid. I know that's the smart thing to do. But what I WANT to do is make an offer site unseen. But I won't, just sayin'. Ive spent hours online today learning everything I could about this house. I know the history of the owners back to the original owner. I found previous MLS listings(it was withdrawn off the market twice in the past 10years. The big plus to that is the various pictures taken each time. Ive been able to take pictures of nearly every room with my digital camera and then create a mock up of the house. I Love it! It sits on over 3/4 acre beautifully paved circular drive. 6bedrooms 4bathrooms 3K sq ft(so really not much bigger than our current home) pool with THREE patio covered sitting areas, countless fruit tress, wrap around porch, 6burner stove in kitchen(HUGE plus!)gorgeous hardwoods with an inlay, windows tons and tons of windows(I LOVE light!) the house has a two car attached and a separate two car detached garage. There is also a huge fenced off "lot" that would be perfect for horses OR a spot for my mom to build her own home(she wants to physically BUILD her own home) I could go on and on. Now is the point that I must remind myself that if we do in fact write an offer it will be contingent on the sale of our current home, that is not yet listed on the market mind you. So if we don't get it of course I will be disappointed. Either way I want to document this here on the blog, I love to go back every few months and see how things have progressed in my life. It will be a fun reminder of what could have been, or a sad reminder of what could have been. Its here now none the less.

When we looked at our current home it just felt right - not to mention it had everything we wanted. Gotta feel it though.
You'll be there in a few hours.
Anxious to hear how it goes!
Beautiful, Renee, absolutely beautiful.
