What I did today instead of obsessing
I woke up with more energy than I've had in a long time! I emptied our entire walk in closet, took every article of clothing off the hangers and shelves and I'm sorting them. My goal is to only put back 1/3 of what I took out.
I also polished every cleanable surface in our house, swept and mopped(even the wood floors!) cleaned all three bathrooms. And nursed Olivia 3,584,735 times!
In TTC news:
I've been working extra hard to make sure I'm eating well, and today I did eat well! For reference I am *maybe* 100lbs and struggle to maintain my weight as I have little if any appetite. Since we began this TTC journey I have been forcing myself to get up every morning and to make myself a huge breakfast. It seems, if I eat a large breakfast I have more of an appetite. So of my three breakfasts(I rotate every few days) #1 consists of 3scrambled eggs(with green/red/yellow bell pepper, green onion, salt and pepper *sea salt) 3slices of turkey bacon, 1/2onion bagel w/cream cheese glass of OJ 1/2 bananna and 2 flinstones vitamins. #2 1cup oatmeal with brown sugar, cinnamon pat of butter and dash of salt. two pieces of whole wheat toast, 1/2bannana, glass of OJ and two flinstones vitamins. #3 large bowl of cheerios with an entire banana(or 4large strawberries)sliced and mixed in. 1cup of whole milk, whole blueberry bagel w/cream cheese, glass of OJ and two flinstones vitamins.
I try to have a snack between breakfast and lunch, piece of fruit and a chunk of cheese, large glass of *very diluted juice or water(I am working on drinking it at room temperature, but wow even icecold water is hard for me) Lunch is usually a large salad, greenleaf ofcourse, with bell peppers, cucumbers, seeds or nuts, tomatoes, cheese and chopped hard boiled egg. Fruit salad and croutons or breadstuffs. My alternative lunch is a turkey and Muenster cheese sandwich with creamcheese, tomatoes, pickle slices on whole wheat bread, tortilla chips with salsa and another tall glass of water.
Dinners are either chicken(grilled) or Fish(grilled) or ww/pasta w/sauce. A green salad, steamed or roasted veggies, brown rice or couscous. Tonight for example we had grilled chicken breast w/garlic sauce, roasted red potatoes and asparagus.
I am completely addicted to chocolate chip icecream blended with fresh bananas. So I usually have a bowl of that each night in addition to a large bowl of popcorn(that my sweetie pops on the stove for me *halo*)
Another things I've been doing amazingly well on is cutting back on the amnt of soda I drink. I haven't had *any* during the day(and NO CAFFEINE headaches! *gasp*) I have been averaging maybe one every evening or every other evening with my popcorn. This is down from 6-8perDAY!
