I know B, that's about the BIGGEST reason we moved DOWN the hill! I really really really couldn't stand the cold and wind up there! Ive worn shorts and flip flops with an occasional sweat shirt almost everyday for the past year we've lived down here! Even if its cold there is never wind and the sun is always warm! And if its cold it never lasts more than 2-3days at a time. I love this city!
