Our new home!

Well today was our home inspection! I am SO excited! The house is really really nice! Yes its dated and these pictures don't really do it any justice. The space and layout feel great! I talked with our agent today and he is going to be able to arrange with the flooring and painting people to get in and measure and give us our bids before escrow closes. If my calculations are right we will close before the end of the month. I want the new floors (laminate) installed and the house painted before we move in, so we are looking at moving the first or second weekend of April. WOOT! So so so so excited! I am so glad we didn't get any of the other houses. This house is *perfect* yay! OUR NEW HOUSE
