Calling all readers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK y'all I need all the positive thoughts, prayers, good mojo whatever you can send my way...because we might have an offer on our house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How AMAZING is that?!?! OK it isn't a written offer yet, just verbal. Someone is very interested in it and is working with my lender right now to find out if they can qualify, if they do(which shouldn't be a problem) They want to buy it! My DREAM HOUSE, the ONE, the most perfect gorgeous amazing house on the planet in a great location is STILL AVAILABLE! Oh I want this to work out so badly! So if you can spare a moment to send some prayers up and or positive energy my way I would SO appreciate it!!!!

My husband and I are close to completing our homestudy and working with an agency in Southren CA to fost/adopt and hopefully adopt. If you have any resources or any groups in the Southren California area, please let me know.
