Trick or Treat

We had two princesses(what else?) and Elmo. Shana took them to our old neighborhood(the one we lived in before we had kids)I stayed home like a good student and studied! I have pictures(of the kids, and ME in my nurse get up) but I don't have the ability to upload the pictures at this time...maybe Ill be able to add them tomorrow. I received an 86% on my unit 2 exam. I really needed an 89% but that's ok, Ill do better next time. My average is down somewhat, but I'm confident I will be able to pull it up in the next few weeks. Beatriz you asked me what type of nursing program I am in. I am in my first year of becoming an RN. Though I'm taking the back door in. You see here in California the waiting list for the RN programs are between 2 and 3years long. ugh. However once you are an LVN you can go straight into the 3rd semester of the RN program. So that is my plan :) I'm in a great class, I truly adore my classmates. A few in particular. We are all starting to fall into a nice groove and already the intensity is lessening(thank god!) Ive vowed to do no homework tonight(though I will probably work on my medical terminology while I watch a movie or something) Ive got a good amount of homework for tomorrow however. Today is Shana's 31st birthday, wow howd that happen??? I'm at Shana's Dads house right now(10minutes away from school) and the girls are WILD! Maybe I could implement some of those restraint techniques I learned about today? (joking!) I feel like I'm really starting to come into myself. Granted Ive been in school all of two weeks but everyday we learn more and more, I am required to be so disciplined and the pace is quick...but I keep reaching for more and more information. Its amazing to me how easily it comes when your interested. This is really who I am, it feels good. I'm not sure if your reading Susan but if you are good luck with the house! I don't understand why I cant comment on your blog, every time I try to log in I get kicked back to the login page. Same with your blog Tricia...its weird! I love that you took out your sons stitches go mom! Ok I had more shout outs but the girls are getting out of hand. Ill try to find a way to add pictures tomorrow!
