Awesome. Had a blast! The hotel was just beautiful, and it was awesome to be treated like a princess for 3days, lol!
Olivia(who's latest hook, is Annie(the 1982 version) was so excited to be at "Daddy Warbucks" house) I had to explain to her several times that Annie couldnt come play with her because she was in LA getting ready for her play(which we will be seeing next month)
Friday after check in we went down to the strip and ate at the California Pizza kitchen and then went to see Siegfried and Roys tiger and dolphin habitats. The tigers were quite friendly, if you don't count the male who was spraying on the crowd! The dolphins were awesome! Olivia especially enjoyed the 'youth' dolphins who were playing with a frisbee. After that we headed to Paris and went up on the Eiffel Tower! I learned that originally they planned to build it the exact height of the E.T. however because of airplanes they had to build it half as tall! That was tall enough, just ask Raechelle *grin*)
We binged on bread and butter before heading back to our hotel.
Saturday Olivia and I hung around the hotel, swam for several hrs and even ordered in Olivias first white table cloth room service! She was quite impressed! After Rae got out of her last meeting we headed back down to the strip for dinner, and then went shopping. We found some great clothes for the girls and sweat shirts for ourselves @ the Disney blowout store(anticipating our disney vacation, only 12days away!)
When we got back to the hotel we wandered around a bit, stopping to listen to the various musicians and taking in the sheer beauty of the place.
This morning was less exciting as it was time to pack up and drive home(after taking Rae to the airport) dispite having a few of the best nights sleep I've had in a long time, I was beyond tired on my drive home. Olivia and I stopped 3 times so that I could get out and walk around a bit. I finally made it home in one piece, while I'm still tired I couldn't wait to get back on my computer(addicted much?)
****more pictures added(thanks Rae)!!!!!!
Ive started a photo album with the few pictures I took on my camera. Raechelle took many many more so when she gets a chance to upload them I will add them to THIS album.
