San Diego and Hmmmmm
We spent the weekend in San Diego with Olivia's god father Mitchell. Hes just moved into his own charming studio(after living for the past 2years with a roommate) He has an amazing view of the ocean from his roof top deck. Olivia had a blast she LOVES her "uncle Mitchell" We mostly hung out around his place and on the deck Saturday. Sunday we had breakfast at Hillcrest cafe and then went to Balboa park. I did get a few pictures but not great ones, for some reason it didn't occur to me to use the zoom feature and then my batteries died. Our new camera still hasn't arrived, I was hoping to have it by this weekend but I'm guessing that's a long shot.
Mitchell, Olivia and Shana @ Balboa Park:
So hmmmmm Olivia has started a new thing Raechelle likens to snapping her fingers in a diva sorta way. She'll say for example: Mommy I do it followed by hmmmmmm, alright? hmmmmm. Its hilarious and somewhat frightening at the same time. I think we are gonna be in trouble here with this one *grin*
This weekend we will be busy, nothing new right? Saturday we have to take the dogs to the vet and then head t o Shana's dad's house. Its that time again for me to wash and twist Shana's dreads and that always takes a few hours.
Sunday we are going to go hit a few car dealer ships and test drive some different trucks I have in mind. I am leaning towards a Toyota Tundra but would still like to get Olivias carseat into it and drive as many different trucks as I can before I make my final decision.
Current dream truck:
Sunday afternoon we are heading to Rae and Donnas BnB, we are going to the drive-in that night and spending the 4th with them in addition to our mutual friend Rhonda, her twins and possibly another mutual friend(JoAnn and her son Ryan). Should be a great weekend, I cant wait to follow up with pictures! Best wishes and have a happy 4th!
