The perfect house

I found THE ONE. Seriously folks its the most amazing house! Its only one bedroom less than ours and its not too too small about 600sqft smaller than our current home-but being one bedroom smaller it feels about as large. Has a nice formal living and dining room, plus an eat in kitchen, and large family room. The kitchen/family room open up to the HUGE beautifully landscaped backyard with a pool and spa and plenty of yard for the kids and the dogs. Its located in a nice neighborhood in the town we want to move to. Best part? Its been on the market for over 118days and they just lowered the price yesterday to fit within our modest budget. We've actually had some interest in our house already! Two families saw it today and our realtor told us another agent called him about showing our house to some clients tomorrow. This is awesome because we know of several families in our area who have had their house listed for OVER a year without a single showing. So hopefully this means our house is priced right. This morning when I found this house Shana and I did some talking and called our lender about a 3rd option. You know the first which is to sell this house, the second is to rent out this house and our other house that's about 30minutes from here and rent a home in the city we want to live in. WELL we came up with a third. Rent out the house down the hill and this one and buy another home. We have to talk with our Lawyer on Monday and find out if we can liquidate some assets in order to do it, our lender thinks if we can show proof of income property from two rentals we might be able to swing it. BUT we don't know how long the properties have to have been rented so idea number 3 might be short lived. But its worth a shot! I'm just praying with all the recent interest that maybe just maybe we will see an offer! I REALLY want that house!!!!!!!!!

In more depressing news I went to get my eye brows waxed today. By the same lady who has been doing them since before Olivia was born. I love her, she seems slightly sadistic but I'm always happy with the work she does. Today after she finished my eyebrow's I went to sit up and she nudged me back down saying: oh we not done! Lip lip we must do lip now look look you have moustache! WOW it was all I could do not to cry right there on the table. So I can now add that monthly expense and additional pain and suffering to my budget....life's a bitch.

Rent

So our house is on the market. But it feels ALL WRONG. For one we aren't happy with the price and we know that we wont get what we are asking. We plunked down over 50K when we bought this house and if we sold today at our asking price we wont get but 30K towards a new place when all is said and done. WRONG WRONG WRONG. That's how this feels. SO I just got off the phone with a property management office. We own two homes(this one and another one about 30minutes away that's sat vacant for 2years because we have been too lazy to rent it out ourselves. So we are thinking of renting out both houses and moving to a rental house ourselves in the city we want to move to. Then Shana can get that new job she wants(think $$)we can live where we want to live and wait out the market. Then in a year or two or???? we can decide to sell one or both of these homes and buy a home where we WANT to live. Of course we have all the fears and what ifs about who will rent our homes, will they PAY the rent? Destroy our properties? But deep down this feels MUCH better than trying to sell....sooooooo that's where I am at.
